Causes of General Warts – Casual Sex Which Usually Starts on Prom Night
There are many rites of passages teenagers pass through in their adolescent years. Getting their first driver’s license is one of them. Going through driver’s education classes, the countless practice sessions using mom or dad’s car and taking the written and practical exam are the main process they go through in getting that license, one of the first few thing a teenager gets on his or her own. Graduating from high school is also another rite of passage a teenager remembers. After four years of studying with the same people, it is time for these teens to move on, perhaps go to college or start working. Graduation time is that single event wherein you have sufficiently complied with the requirements needed for higher education, and that diploma in hand is a worthwhile achievement both cherished by child and parents.
The high school prom is also a cherished event perhaps more so because this may be an occasion for teenage couples to experiment and trying getting sexually intimate for the first time. Whether we like or not, sex does happen during prom night and for those having sex for the first time, it may not be what they see in the movies, but something different instead. Whatever the case may be, whether it feels romantic or strange, the need for safe sex is most urgent at this moment. Of course we, as parents, would like our children to abstain from sex, perhaps till they get married we foolishly hope for. But in reality, the need for them to be educated about safe sex and make sure they are aware of that. One of the things that may not be used now in keeping these kids from having sexual intercourse was a lecture on sexually transmitted diseases. Pictures of genital warts were shown in a slide projector. Magnified, these warts were ugly, gross, and despicable. The causes of genital warts were of course casual sex with multiple partners with one of them being a carrier, and the rest being infected. Done in the late 70’s till the 80’s, this presentation was extremely revealing and also effective for a lot of teenagers to think twice about engaging in sex during prom time. These days, the scare of HIV and AIDS have made people more aware about safe sex and especially in conservative countries and states, the call for sexual abstinence till marriages has been highly received. It is hopeful that such a trend of abstinence continues on especially for those in high school.
